Hi, I’m Sarah Smile, an interdisciplinary artist, designer and art facilitator.

I was born and raised in Toronto, I studied interior design and ran a design & staging business before pursuing a more peaceful, creative life in the beautiful beach town, Wasaga Beach in 2008.

For 15 years, I made and sold typographic & custom cushions on platforms such as Etsy, Houzz, in boutiques worldwide and at craft shows like One of a Kind.

In 2022 I decided it was time to share my love of art and facilitate art classes for adults and children of all ages.

Along with running Art, Heart & Soul, I also design jewelry, create art, embroider and work with children at art clubs, camps and events.
